Norwegian company recruits for its Offshore wind farm
A new Power and Renewable Energy Recruitment team has been created at Cooper Lomaz
to mark the company’s significant move into the renewable energy sector.
Major developments in the North Sea led to Cooper Lomaz undertaking an important
recruitment campaign for Scira, a Norwegian company involved with running the Sheringham
Shoal Offshore Wind Fam.
Having office in Norfolk and Suffolk, plus many years’ knowledge of the East Anglia
recruitment market fitted in with Scira’s policy of employing local people and supporting
the Norfolk economy.
A successful recruitment campaign by Cooper Lomaz led to the appointment of two
mechanical emgineers, two electrical engineers, six marine co-ordinators, a finance
manager, HR manager, communications manager, and a health and safety inspector.
