Infrastructure Engineer - Windows Server 2008 - Exchange 2010 - Systems Admin

I have an immediate requirement for an experienced Windows Systems Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer to join a fast moving, highly successful company. This is a 6 month position to assist an established department, and provide additional skills during a period of extensive growth, with a strong focus on a number of business critical projects.

You will be working in a cutting edge environment, as this company have invested heavily in technology and are using the latest versions of a range of products, as well as fully Virtualized Server architecture. Guidance is available from an experienced Technical manager, but candidates should be confident enough to set their own working time scales, ensuring that SLAs are achieved and that the business has a stable platform to work from.

Key technical skills include:
Microsoft Server 2008 - Back up - Active Directory - GPO
Exchange 2003 / 2010, Windows 7, Office 2010
DNS / DHCP - WAN / LAN
Exposure to Virtualisation - VMware or Hyper V

This is an excellent opportunity from an experienced IT professional with strong Server skills to gain additional experience of a range of projects and technologies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to update and improve their skills on the latest platforms, working within a highly professional and structured environment.
