As already mentioned, you can look forward to an uncapped personal commission as part of a generous salary package. Bonuses are paid monthly and quarterly, with fantastic annual prizes for all our top performers!
A few things you may not want to dwell on for too long – but which are nevertheless significant benefits for you and your dependants – are our company pension scheme, ‘death in service’ cover and private healthcare scheme.
After a qualifying period of working with us, we will contribute to your pension, and you will also be eligible to join our comprehensive private healthcare scheme. In addition, ‘death in service’ insurance will pay up to four times your basic annual salary.
