Title: Employment Solicitor
Location: London
Salary: £90,000 - £125,000 per annum
Overview:
Our client, a well established and respected City law firm are looking for an experienced employment law solicitor to join their team. The firm offer a huge amount of support, great benefits including a generous holiday allowance and also flexible working. They are considering applications from solicitor from 5 year PQE up to Partner level.
The role would offer a varied case load focusing on all aspects of employment law with an existing caseload and the firm also provide fantastic opportunities for progression.
For this role you would need:
- A sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of employment law.
- To be highly organised, familiar with regulatory compliance procedures, Lexcel and ISO standards.
- To maintain billing levels in accordance with agreed targets.
- Great IT skills and be able to use case management systems and software.
- To be a team player and a safe pair of hands who understands the importance of developing and maintaining excellent client relationships and client care.
- To be proactive with a keen interest in looking for and capturing new business together with developing the team.
