Our client, a successful full service law firm in Bedford has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.
The caseload is varied – dealing with sale and purchase of commercial properties, leasing commercial property, tenant and landlord disputes, asset management, finance and investment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years PQE
- Experience of handling own caseload
- Excellent customer care and business development skills
- Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability
