Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their proficient team. Reporting to the Supervising Partner, this role is tailored for individuals who have garnered experience in key areas of Private Client work, such as Wills & Probate, Tax Planning & Trusts, and Powers of Attorney. Applicants with Private Client experience gained exclusively during their training contract will also be considered.
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied workload within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Ideal candidates will offer the following attributes:
- Experience in Private Client services.
- Exceptional client care acumen, delivering professional and competent legal advice in adherence to the SRA Code of Conduct.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Demonstrable effectiveness in business development with a track record of implementing successful marketing strategies.
- The ability to generate fees in alignment with agreed targets.
- Current knowledge and skills in compliance with Continuing Professional Development and firm's internal training.
- Proven track record of managing one's own caseload.
- The capability to meet and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong drafting and writing capabilities, combined with outstanding communication and technical prowess.
