Cooper lomaz was founded by Jane Lovell and Charlotte Cooper, colleagues who shared a passion for exceptional service, a focus on results and an eye always on the future. In 1990, they took the leap and created Cooper Lomaz Recruitment with the aim to become a 'household name' in the world of specialist recruitment.
In order to become that 'household name' we've been powered by an unrelenting hunger for greatness; in ourselves, in our clients and in our candidates. This energy helped us develop our company vision and values which act as a guiding light for all of our employees.
