Cooper Lomaz MBO Completed

Cooper Lomaz, a Norwich and London-based technical and professional recruitment firm, is pleased to announce the successful completion of a Management Buy Out of the business, led by Mark Darby.  

Cooper Lomaz was established in 1990, and now employs more than 30 people who provide IT & Digital, Engineering, Food Manufacturing and Accountancy & Finance recruitment solutions across the East of England and mainland Europe in both the Private and Public Sectors. Mark Darby, who joined the business in 2019 as Managing Director becomes Chief Executive, and will be joined on the board by Vicki Coombs, Finance Director, and Michael Meyer, Group Operations Director.

Announcing the MBO, Mark stated: “I would like to thank the founders Jane Lovell and Charlotte Cooper for all their help and support throughout. We have been working together since I joined the business to achieve this common objective and are all delighted to be able to make this announcement.  I wish both Jane and Charlotte all the very best”

Mark is aiming to build on the strong brand Cooper Lomaz has after over 30 years in the market.
