My client are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work within the Service Desk team covering 1st line support for their offices and project sites. You will be liasing and working with the Senior Analysts and the Service Desk Team Leader to support the business and users.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering support queries, providing assessments of incidents and escalating these when a solution cannot be provided.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Key Skills/ Experience with:
- Active directory
- Office 365
- Microsoft office suite
- Microsoft operating systems
- ITSM tool
- Remote diagnostics and resolutions
Having a CompTIA A+ qualification of equivalent would be hugely beneficial.
