£200 - 275 per day
My norfolk based client are looking for a 2nd line application support analyst to join them on an initial 3 month contract. The team are currently working remotely and they are happy for this to continue with the majority of the week home working going forward. To be successful for this role you will have;
• Technical experience in supporting applications, system administration.
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Ability to lead the resolution of difficult or complex technical and operational problems, and to provide clear guidance to management, staff and users.
• Experience in administering SQL Server databases.
• Experience in writing complex SQL queries and scripts.
• Awareness or experience in underpinning technologies, including Citrix, Active Directory, scripting, Crystal reports.
