Service Desk Analyst
Suffolk
£12 - £15 per hour (to Umbrella Company)
3 Months

My client, based in Suffolk is looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst on a temporary basis.

Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues at a 1st and some 2nd line level. These queries come through on the phone, email and face-to-face, and exceptional communication skills are required.

Key Skills:
  • 1st and 2nd line support experience
  • Previous IT Service Desk experience (or similar)
  • Strong Windows 10 skills
  • Active Directory
  • MS Office, including Office 365

This role will require somebody to work on-site, although remote-working is available once up-to-speed. This is a fast-paced environment, so the ability to work under pressure is required.
