Job descriptionFor over 35 years, my client has been at the forefront of designing machinery for the food, beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. They are international suppliers and export to clients Globally.
They are currently seeking a Customer Care Co-Ordinator to support rolling out new Customer Care internal processes.
You would also support the expanded Customer Care Department on general Administration duties and to exceed on time delivery KPI's. You would deal with expediting orders overseas and ensure all supporting documentation for shipments are correct. In addition you would ensure all systems are updated and support Project Management of general administrative duties as required.
The ideal candidate for this position would have prior Administration experience, preferably within the Shipping and Logistics sectors and have knowledge of working with HTS codes, weights, country of origin etc. You will be able to commit to working a full time, 40 hour per week position and your own transport in order to commute to your place of work.
