Job descriptionFor over 35 years, my client has been at the forefront of designing machinery for the food, beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. They are international suppliers and export to clients Globally.
They are currently seeking a Customer Care Technical Service Co-Ordinator for an ASAP start. This position is on a full time basis and you would be required to prepare and issue quotations for service (including required spares) activities. you would co-ordinate with customers to arrange service and training activities and ensure required spares are available and delivered prior to servicing.
In addition you would be preparing and issuing service reports to customers, keeping in regular contact and identifying potential upgrade / upselling opportunities. You will organise Service Engineer diaries to optimise utilisation and ensure that you follow up with customers both before and after the Service Engineer visits.
You will ideally have experience of using the Sales Force software in order to keep it updated with upgrade opportunities and keep track. You will also have responsibility for Service and Training opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working in a technical services position within manufacturing and / or logistics for a global company and have prior experience of using Sales Force. Training can be provided for the right person however. You will also have your own transport in order to commute to your place of work.
