As a member of the Application Support team you will be tasked with providing 1st & 2nd line support both on the telephone and also remotely. You will be providing support services to end clients and customer that are using the bespoke software. You will be responsible for managing calls to meet and exceed SLA's together with running reports, analysing data, interrogating problem trends and investigating issues.
• Responding to calls/emails to resolve queries
• Be involved in call management
• Provide 1st/2nd line support to end users
You will be the first point of contact for end users and will be fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to progress in Application Support.
• Good understanding of supporting software - WMS, ERP, COINs, SAGE, CRM etc
• SQL Server experience
• Passion for tech
