£14 - £16.48 per hour (to Umbrella Company, take home pay quote available on request)
My client, based in Norwich is looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst on a temporary basis.
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues at a 1st line level, and providing support on some IT projects. These queries come through on the phone and email so exceptional communication skills are required.
- 1st line support experience
- Previous IT Service Desk experience (or similar)
- Strong Windows 10 skills
- Active Directory
- MS Office
This is a fast-paced environment, so the ability to work under pressure is required.
