Monday to Friday - Full Time

Cooper Lomaz are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our Norwich Office. This role is great opportunity to work within a busy environment, and gain exposure to different areas of the business.

This role will suit somebody who is highly organised and interested in a varied role. This person will work across Marketing, Business Support, Finance, IT and HR, so the desire to learn new skills and get involved in various projects is essential.

Key Duties:
  • Support the marketing team with marketing administration duties
  • Provide administration support to the leadership team
  • Arrange meetings and book travel
  • Support the Finance Director with basic accounting/invoicing tasks
  • Help the IT Team with basic IT issues
  • Help the HR team with HR administration

Key Skills/Attributes:
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience of working within a similar role
  • Understanding of marketing, IT or Finance beneficial (not essential at all)
  • Highly organised
