Cooper Lomaz are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our Norwich Office. This role is great opportunity to work within a busy environment, and gain exposure to different areas of the business.
This role will suit somebody who is highly organised and interested in a varied role. This person will work across Marketing, Business Support, Finance, IT and HR, so the desire to learn new skills and get involved in various projects is essential.
- Support the marketing team with marketing administration duties
- Provide administration support to the leadership team
- Arrange meetings and book travel
- Support the Finance Director with basic accounting/invoicing tasks
- Help the IT Team with basic IT issues
- Help the HR team with HR administration
- Strong administration skills
- Experience of working within a similar role
- Understanding of marketing, IT or Finance beneficial (not essential at all)
- Highly organised
