Here at Cooper Lomaz we are currently recruiting for a super exciting HR Business Partner role, based in Cambridgeshire.
This is a great opportunity to join our Client on a journey in which you will be able to put your own stamp on the department, see it grow and develop, and have a great support mechanism, and progression opportunities from the Company.
As a stand alone HR Generalist you will provide strategic leadership and direction to the development and maintenance of all HR policies and Procedures relating to B&R, ER and L&D.
• Working with senior leadership team to develop and deliver people strategies.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership on the development of HR policies within reward, benefits area.
