Support Service Co-ordinators
Haverhill, Suffolk
Competitive DOE
Monday-Friday (1 Weekend in 5, extra pay allowance)

We are delighted to be working with a company who are market leaders in hardware and software retail solutions working with a wide range of well know retailers and supermarkets.
Due to the continuous growth of the company, they are looking for a Support service co-ordinator to work in their Haverhill headquarters offering planning, support, and excellent customer service to their wide range of clientele.

Originally working from their Haverhill headquarters (Hybrid working available once training is completed) the Support service co-ordinator will have a wide range of tasks and responsibilities including:

• Providing excellent customer service skills to clients and customers
• Managing companies planning call outs
• Working alongside company departments such as service engineers.
• Able to build and maintain relationships
• Able to prioritise workload by importance.
• Promote continuous improvement both from a customer and business perspective
