Supply Chain Administrator
North Norfolk
£20,000 - £24,000 PA (depending on experience)
Monday - Friday 8.30am > 4.30pm

I have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, growing company who are recruiting for an Supply Chain Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone who is already in this line of work, and would like a new challenge, or someone has been in a similar role, and has strong transferable skills.

Your role will involve (but not limited to) -
• Respond to customer queries, price quotes, delivery details, and confirmation of orders
• Work with finance on account terms (customers meet payment terms)
• Assist with sales reporting and production scheduling
• Manage customer complaints, investigate and resolve
• Manage the process for shipments in and out of the UK
• Complete import and export paperwork
• Maintain files up to date

The ideal candidate will -
• Previous experience working within import and export
• Administration experience
• Strong communicator, excellent customer service
• Manufacturing experience (desirable not essential)
