Service Desk Analyst
£15 - £16.59 per hour to Umbrella Company

My client, based in Norwich is looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst on a temporary to permanent basis.

Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues at a 1st line level, and providing support on some IT projects. These queries come through on the phone and e-mail so exceptional communication skills are required.

Key Skills:

  • 1st line support experience
  • Previous IT Service Desk experience (or similar)
  • Strong Windows 10 skills
  • Active Directory
