Service Desk Analyst
£15.18 per hour to Umbrella Company
6 month initial contract

My client based in Peterborough is looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst into their team. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues at a 1st line level, and providing support on some IT projects.

Occasional weekend work is required.

Key Skills:
  • 1st line support experience
  • Previous IT Service Desk experience (or similar)
  • Strong Windows 10 skills
  • Strong communication skills
