Starting his career as a Service Desk Analyst on a contract basis, Nathan had worked his way up to Team Leader level, supporting his manager with the day to day running of the team.
What did he need?
Nathan had worked with us previously from a client perspective so was aware of our recruitment process. He approached Craig about potential opportunities as he felt he was unable to further progress his career with his current employer.
What did we do?
Craig took the time to fully understand Nathan’s motivations, what he was doing in his current role and what he was looking for in his next challenge. Craig was then able to match Nathan’s experience, skills and personality with a Team Leader role he was already working on for a long-standing client.
It was love at first sight and Nathan happily accepted the role.
