This candidate is an incredibly experienced operations manager with a massive focus on continuous improvement, professional development and developing a safety and quality culture. Having worked for companies such as Nestle and Mars, the candidate has a wealth of experience that he can bring to any company.
In his last role he spent 6 months in an interim role with Nestle, in which he coached the sites FLM team through the process of re-defining their workload, re-designing the site SIC tools and the restructuring of operator work flow.
His prior experience has given him a really strong grasp of CI and the practises required to effectively develop and improve not only processes, but the team within the manufacturing environment.
