Up to £20,000 per annum Fixed Term Contract

This well-established business specialising in food and drink has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their team! If you are looking to be part of a progressive and dynamic team then this is the role for you! In your new role you will provide administration support within your department. You will have worked in an administrator role recently with at least one years' administration experience, possessing excellent multi -tasking abilities, friendly and approachable with a can do attitude!
In your role as Administrator some of your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with operational task and projects
Provide secretarial support to the team, including preparing documents as well as general administration tasks
Liaise with sales and support teams
Weekly Reporting, updating data and mail merges

As the Administrator you will be able to adapt to a fast paced environment whilst keeping your eye on the ball ensuring a smooth process.
You will have:
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Computer literate with knowledge of computers, Microsoft office, good level of English
and Maths as well as CRM systems
Self- motivated, team player
