Area Sales Manager UK & Ireland
Home/Field based
Circa £40,000 plus bonus and benefits
Monday to Friday

You will be focusing of commercial business, liaising directly with the companies or through distributors. Maintaining and developing existing channels and specifier relationships, as well as prospecting new potential distributors, target accounts and dealers. They are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manger ideally with current relationships in the commercial, food service sector.

Job responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand the sale of their products within their existing distributors and develop new accounts
  • Develop dialogue with end users and target accounts, with a account strategy for your region
  • Develop and recommend pricing strategies as well as implementing marketing plans
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities as well as feedback on competition and market trends
  • Training and development of education within current clients

Job skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others
  • Ability to grasp technical aspects of the products
  • Ideally a current relationship within commercial or food service sector
  • 3-5 years sales experience within an area position
