Customer Service Co-ordinator - Wymondham, Norfolk - Up to £24,000 per annum, Company bonus scheme, pension plan 12 month fixed term contract with potential of a permanent roleI am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Co-ordinator for a well established and growing business based in Wymondham. You will be the first point of contact for customers, and responsible for providing exceptional customer service while quickly and efficiently resolving any issues. As the Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will work alongside a number of teams internally and be responsible for ensuring all customer support and service needs are dealt with in a timely manner. As the Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the following:- Responding to customer requests for support via email and telephone- Arranging service calls to customer sites- Liaising with service engineers to arrange visits- Identifying, monitoring and raising escalations with Customer Service Manager- Producing bespoke customer service reports As the Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will possess the following skillset and experience:- Excellent communication skills, pro-active approach- Helpdesk/Customer Service experience- Competent with Microsoft Office- SAP experience would be beneficial - Able to work effectively without direct supervision
