My client is looking for a Customer Service Representative whose primary responsibility will be answering incoming calls, placing orders, checking stock and status of orders and using problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. Your role will be challenging and rewarding with great job satisfaction as well as an interesting and dynamic workplace environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have ownership of your own accounts and be involved across all areas of the business.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
- Demonstrable experience providing high levels of customer service in a technical environment
- High standard of education; preferably degree qualified
- Strong computer skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office and an ERP systems
- Experience of developing and implementing Customer Service policies and procedures, including returns
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to understand technical concepts
