Job descriptionDesktop Support Cambridge Up to £24,000, annual bonus and flexible benefits package Your next job will be as a Desktop Support Analyst within a well recognised brand on the innovative science park. The broad purpose of your new role will be to provide a high level of deskside support for the global customer base. You will work closely with the Service Desk and Service Delivery Manager supporting, training and mentoring where necessary. You will also; • Take the initiative in identifying and negotiating appropriate development opportunities • Support the senior level meetings including board meetings • Manage incidents raised to the Desk side services team You will have; • Experience providing 2nd Line support • A strong demonstrable technical knowledge inside a Microsoft environment • Experience administering users, groups, permissions and computers within Active Directory You will be moving into a workplace that prides its self on its working environment.
