Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator Spalding 9 month FTC £50,000 + Exceptional benefits Are you passionate about the impact you can make within a business? Have you got extensive experience in the Food Manufacturing industry? I need to speak with you. I'm currently working with one of the UK's largest Food Manufacturing companies who are currently investing massively in their largest site in the UK. You'll be joining a business that has consistently shown progression, development and growth across all levels of their company. As the HSE Co-ordinator, you'll play an integral roll in the development of all existing and new build factory areas as the company grows throughout 2020. You'll need to have gained extensive experience within the Food Manufacturing industry in a similar position in order to be successful for this position. Your skill set will include a track record of implementing and promoting Continuous Improvement mindsets across all things HSE whilst also dedicating time to improve and drive change within the behavioural aspects of Health and Safety. Day to day your role will include: - Develop, create and implement new policies and procedures, ensuring a positive mindset is adopted in all areas of the business - Advise and guide on all legal guidelines and compliances - Implement and support ongoing projects and set budgetary and situational goals throughout the process - Train and develop all levels of staff on the health, safety and environmental policies and procedures The position is offering an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing business who aren't afraid to invest in not only the sites but also their staff.
