If you are looking to be part of a progressive and dynamic team then this is the role for you! In your new role as Office Administrator you will provide operational support to the Finance and Operations Director as well as Office , Finance and HR Admninstration to the business at large. You will possess excellent multi -tasking abilities, friendly and approachable with a hand do attitude! In your role as Office Administrator some of your responsibilities will include:•Personal Assistant for the Finance and Operations Director•Monitor , renew, scan, ensure adherence for items including insurance documents and renewals , health and safety, utility contracts and more•Provide secretarial support to the team, including travel, inputting purchase invoices and credit control as well as general administration tasks•Administrating employee benefits, absence records and on-boarding new startersAs the Office Administrator you will be able to adapt to a fast paced environment whilst keeping your eye on the ball ensuring a smooth process.•Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work•Knowledge of office management systems and procedures•Computer literate with knowledge of computers, Microsoft office in particular Excel and Word and CRM systems •Self- motivated with an eye for detailIf this sounds like a great opportunity for you to then please Apply Now!
