Reporting / Business Analyst £25,000-£32,000 Norwich Cooper Lomaz are currently recruiting exclusively for an organisation in Norwich that have opened a new internal role as a Reporting Analyst. This company are recognised worldwide as a leading global performance-marketing organisation who help their clients transform how they find their ideal customers online. As a Reporting Analyst you will be reporting to the Directorship team and will work closely with Client Services, Technology & Management Teams in additon to external clients. This role will suit a candidate with strong communication / client facing skills who has a technical background, and firm ability to work with data and MI Reporting You will be responsible for the gathering and analysis of data and the subsequent production of market reports which will be shared with key client base as well as internal teams. On a day to day basis you will take some basic and complex data and use this to create client-specific market analysis reports and benchmarking against competitors, then present this in a clear manor to relevant parties. You will be required to produce sector-specific MI reports for the different verticals and regions. There will be times where you will be given a brief and you will have the freedom to explore the data to use it in the best way you feel appropriate for the task. Skills / Experience • Experience reporting / authoring using a range of basic and complex data • Experience delivering content to senior management and external clients • Prior experience working within a Technical or Software Application Development environment • Understanding of Advanced Excel features and the ability to write SQL queries is preferred • Excellent attention to detail • Customer focused • Open, approachable and “can do” attitude • Highly organised and self-motivated • Ability to effectively prioritise workload • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Curious and good at interrogating multiple information/data sources • Knowledge of website tracking technologies To learn more about what it would be like to work for this award-winning company, call Jordan on 01603 766760 or apply today!
