Part of what we love at Cooper Lomaz is recognising and rewarding people’s hard work, beyond what lands in their bank account at the end of each month. Let’s be honest – getting paid is probably the main reason we all have jobs in the first place, but it’s nice to be recognised beyond that.

At the end of each quarter, we get the whole company together for a celebration to recognise and talk about the past three months, the next three months and what we’ve achieved and part of this is what we call The High Achievers’ Awards.

There are 9 awards up for grabs which include the 3 best performing consultants and the best performing trainee; Consultant of the Quarter, which is voted for by all consultants; a lucky person who draws a ticket out of our quarterly tombola (more on that soon); the quarterly sales activity leader; a manager who is voted for by all of the other managers; and one member of the back office support team, voted for by all support staff.

These lucky, high achieving 9 members of staff get the treat of a lifetime… an all expenses day out with Commercial Director Simon and Operations Director Mark to celebrate what they’ve achieved, and not talk about work for the day!

We’ve just celebrated the first ever one in which the High Achieving 9 were taken to London to participate in The Escape Rooms before enjoying afternoon and evening of cocktails at one of London’s best, and highest bars Madison at St Pauls before finishing with a lavish dinner at Coq d’Argent.
