In November 2017 we launched ‘The CLR Academy’, designed to identify the next generation of superstar recruiters for our business. The programme was a huge success, with the graduates of the Academy now being successful Consultant’s within the IT division at Cooper Lomaz.


This year, Cooper Lomaz will be running the CLR Academy again, but this time it will be bigger and better! Whilst last time we focussed the Academy in Norwich, this time we will be hiring 6 talented individuals across both our Norwich and Bury St Edmunds offices.


Over the coming weeks Cooper Lomaz will be searching across Norfolk and Suffolk for a number of enthusiastic and ambitious individuals that have the desire and drive to work in recruitment. They are offering the opportunity to join their growing workforce as a Recruitment Resourcer.


Business Improvement Manager Michael Meyer who has planned and will be running the CLR Academy again in 2018 says “Last year was a roaring success, with the talent coming through the business now stronger than ever. Candidates who successfully pass a telephone interview will take part in an assessment day on 26th September, and successful members will start with Cooper Lomaz on 29th October.
