This is where it gets really interesting. You'll still do everything you did as a Recruitment Consultant but now, you'll be developing exclusive relationships as a preferred supplier. You'll get involved with sales planning, tenders, presentations and high-level negotiations. You'll be setting a key example for the standard of service that all our clients and candidates should be receiving from us as well as provide coaching to colleagues needing support.

You're well on your way...

As a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant you're now managing the entire recruitment process for both your candidates and clients. You'll also be supporting and developing Associate Consultants and Candidate Managers to help them be successful in their roles. You'll create and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships, identify opportunities to grow your desk, and share your knowledge through articles and blogs.

The next step...

Our Associate Consultants are now well on their way having mastered the proactive searching and qualifying of high-quality candidates. They now take on the added responsibility of creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. They generate new leads and contacts, and consistently deliver the highest service levels.

The first step...

An excellent entrance into the world of recruitment, Candidate Managers get to grips with the recruitment process by working with and supporting their team members. They proactively source new candidates for existing and potential roles, maintain our database, send CV's and organise interviews. They also play a vital role in ensuring our candidates receive the best possible experience.
