Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: Market Leading + Commission (£32,500 - £50,000+ OTE based on previous graduates)

Role Overview:
Graduate Recruiters at Cooper Lomaz will begin by supporting our 360 Consultants and Managers, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing candidates and managing recruitment processes. This position is a gateway to understanding the intricacies of professional recruitment and progressing to more senior roles within the company. We currently have 2 previous UEA graduates who both have proven success and development within our business – surpassing their financial goals.
