Job description
Junior to mid level business analyst is required to cover maternity leave and will be joining the IT Team as they embark upon the delivery of a digital road-map across the business.
Key duties:
- To meet and greet with other department teams
- Map current to future state using Visio
- Work with the project managers to discuss the approach for benefits realisation to support business cases etc.
- Support the process mapping for digital changes and identify where improvements and be made
Key Skills:
- Process mapping experience
- Knowledge of multiple/complex systems
- Fluency in the use of MS Office applications
- Visio or and other tools
- Ability to work with a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills
