Ipswich, Suffolk - Office Based
Salary: £45,000 + Uncapped Commission + Company Vehicle
Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development initiatives worldwide.
- Develop, manage, and execute strategic business plans.
- Identify and pursue leads, engaging potential customers proactively.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, addressing their evolving needs.
- Provide regular sales forecasting and analysis updates.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and events.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in selling technical equipment, preferably on an international scale.
- Experience collaborating with international sales agents.
- Strong familiarity with capital equipment and consumables.
- Ambitious and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving sales growth.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to forge meaningful connections and nurture lasting client relationships.
- Willingness to travel internationally, with a valid passport.
