Job descriptionIT Support Engineer 6 Month Contract Basildon Market Rates Outside IR35 Cooper Lomaz are looking to speak with an experienced IT Support Technician but a technician that has a passion for Article writing and be able to write knowledge based articles. My client are having a serious look at their IT function in 2020 and they are looking to bring in a experienced communicator who will help the client write Service Manuals, Staff Policies, Internal Processes etc. You will have a passion for article writing and have a good understanding or ITIL / Service Desk Environment. You will be skilled and involved in the following role duties; • Have solid documentation skills • Great communication skills and be able to take on knowledge and transfer to articles • Work with organisation to create a great service manuals for their staff • Create user reviews, staff policies, internal processes and user guides • Be able to test the documentation so it can then go live throughout the business • Be able to target key trends without the business • Look at current process and identify improvements • Understand how incident management and problem management impacts a business • Cover mass articles that will go out to the business • Deal with incoming service desk phone calls and ticket logging This is not your everyday service desk position, if you would like to know me then please apply now!
